Removal of Affected Vanity- Ocoee, FL

The before photo in this group shows an area under a vanity affected by mold. Due to the nature of the material used to construct the vanity, there is no way to safely clean it after exposure to mold. The vanity has to be removed so that we can safely access the wall behind it and remediate the mold. The insurance company will determine if there is coverage for a new vanity. Even if they determine that there is not coverage, it is recommended that the vanity be replaced so that any areas exposed to mold will not recontaminate the newly remediated room.
